How do I return or exchange an item?
We at Zych want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may contact Zych to apply for a return or exchange of the unused item, in its original condition, with its original packaging and proof of purchase. You must request a RMA number within 14 days of receiving your order. We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your request for an RMA number.
** All sale and discounted items are final and subject to limited availability.When your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges, typically within 48 hours of receiving the item. For exchanges, once the item is received and approved the exchange will be shipped UPS ground at no additional cost.
There are no cancellations. All orders placed on the website will be processed once you complete the checkout process. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. How can I return a faulty item?
In order to facilitate the return of faulty items you must obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) please click here to submit your request and follow the standard
returns process detailed above. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are
delivered to the customer damaged or there is subsequent manufacturing fault within a
period of 1 month after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any
items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Will I receive a full refund?
All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card excluding shipping charges. If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US, customs and duties and sales taxes are non refundable.
