How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase is easy: Our Online Shop is always available and we process and ship orders as quickly as possible in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. To start, you can browse the COLLECTIONS which display the entire Zych range and make your selections in our Online Shop, and then follow the onscreen directions. Your total shipping charges are automatically computed at checkout, prior to completion of your order. Finalize your purchases by clicking on ‘CHECK OUT NOW’ and follow the instructions. You’ll receive instant order acknowledgment via e-mail. Once the order has been processed and we do have your bag in stock, your order will be packed securely and shipped. Please allow up to 48 business hours to process and please note that quantities are limited & subject to availability. ** In the event of a sale or other promotion, no price adjustments will be granted on previous purchases.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

We will make every reasonable effort to maintain our levels of inventory to fulfill customer orders however in the event that we receive a large amount of orders placed in a short period of time some items may be placed on back order.

Any out-of-stock items will be placed on back order and will be distributed upon the Company’s receiving additional inventory. The customer will be charged for items once the order is submitted. Back ordered items may take 4-8 weeks for delivery. If the back order cannot be filled, the Company will cancel the back order and refund the amount that was charged to the customer.

In the event an item that you have purchased is placed on back order we will work diligently to have the back ordered item produced as fast as possible and shipped out to the customer.

Please note that the racing checkered leather is custom dyed for Zych handbags.

What if there is a delay with my order?

If an item is your order is not in-stock or if there are any other problems with your order that may cause a delay, we will contact you via email. Tracy Zych, LLC shall not be liable for any delays in the shipment that is caused in whole or in part by circumstances beyond Tracy Zych, LLC’s control.

Can I add a new item to an existing order?

We are unable to add a new item to an order once it has been placed, we recommend that you place a new order for the additional items required.

What payment methods does Zych accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Zych who will confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/ debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refused to authorize payment to Zych, will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order even if you are not a registered user by clicking on My Account in the upper right-hand corner of the site. You will need to provide the order number and billing zip code.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you may checkout without creating an account; just click the “Continue Checkout” button to continue as a guest. Accounts are helpful for those who wish to store billing information.

How do I retrieve my password?

Please go to the My Account section and click on the Forgot Password link. Please enter the email address you used to sign into your account and we will send you a temporary password to that email address.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Zych?

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Zych uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology when handling personal or payment information. This technology encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet and is supported by all modern browsers. When SSL is enabled you will see the letters ‘https’ in the URL to indicate you are in a secure area. Zych also works with our partners- Authorize.net- to provide secure credit card transactions via the site.

All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Authorize.net, a secure online gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

Will I be charged Sales tax?

By law, all items shipped to addresses in Florida will be charged sales tax.

How will I know you received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. Once your credit has been approved, the receiving address has been verified, and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the item will then be shipped.

Which countries does Zych ship to?

Zych Ships all domestic orders via UPS and Federal Express. Zych ships International orders via DHL on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means you will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase.

Before the first DDU order is dispatched, we will seek confirmation from you to make sure that you are fully aware of the DDU policy. This address should be your billing or work address.

Does Zych ship to post office boxes?

Due to shipping restrictions we are unable to ship to post office boxes. We recommend that you provide a suitable shipping address where we can obtain a signature on delivery. This address should be your billing or work address.

Does Zych ship to multiple addresses?

During the checkout process you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. At this time, you can only ship your online order to one location. If you are placing an order that includes gifts, we suggest you place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to. Can I amend my shipping address once my order has been dispatched?

As we are unable to amend the shipping address once an order has been dispatched, we recommend you provide an address where you will be able to receive it.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Please make sure you provide a suitable shipping address where you are able to sign for you parcel on arrival.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the delivery/billing address has also been verified.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Zych offers a flat shipping and handling rate of $9.95 for all US orders and the order will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex. All International orders will be shipped via UPS or DHL. Will there be additional duties and taxes payable on my purchase?

All International orders are shipped on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means you will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase.

Is my package insured?

Your Zych order is insured in transit against theft and accidental damage until it reaches the delivery address specified. Once your purchase has be delivered and signed for, it is no longer covered by insurance.

Care of Merchandise

Zych Handbags are made with beautiful natural leather. Grain and slight differences of color are characteristics of the leather. The leather is natural, untreated (with exceptions), and can spot and sometimes lose color. Particular care is recommended for: Laminate colors (metallic) because contact with lacquer, perfume, and anything containing alcohol and derivatives can cause damage. As with all quality leather they should be treated with a weatherproof protection and care.

Sale Item Information

No Cancellations or modifications will be honored for order placed on our online sale. All discount codes must be applied prior to checkout or they cannot be applied to the purchase total.
